GTA 5 easter eggs
GTA V hides many secrets. The best known are the Mount Chiliad mural, UFOs that appear after 100% completion, a Sasquatch hunt in the mission The Last One, and a ghost on Mount Gordo seen between 23:00 and midnight. There is also a frozen alien in North Yankton and a sunken UFO off Paleto Bay.
What is the Mount Chiliad mural?
At the cable car station on Mount Chiliad there is a mural, and more writing sits next to the information plaque at the top. The GTA Wiki says both are clues that point to a UFO seen once the game is 100% complete.
Where are the UFOs in GTA 5?
All of them need 100% completion, and any aircraft can reach them. The GTA Wiki lists these:

Is there a Bigfoot in GTA 5?
Sort of. After 100% completion the mission The Last One has you track a figure in a Sasquatch costume. The GTA Wiki notes that the actors return from Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare, and the roleplayer uses lines from that game's Sasquatch. Earlier, in the mission Predator, a heat dot shaped like a standing Sasquatch can be spotted with the thermal scope. It vanishes after a few seconds.
Where is the ghost of Mount Gordo?
On the eastern peak of Mount Gordo, between 23:00 and midnight. The figure ignores you unless you get close, then disappears. The word "JOCK" is written in blood beneath her, and you may hear a woman's voice. A Senora Beacon article on an in-game website names her as Jolene Cranley-Evans, wife of the politician Jock Cranley.
