The Cheetah is Grand Theft Auto's Ferrari-style supercar. In GTA III, Vice City, San Andreas and the two Stories games it copies a different generation of the Ferrari Testarossa. GTA V and GTA Online bring it back as a Grotti hypercar based mainly on the Ferrari Enzo, priced at $650,000.

What is the Cheetah in GTA?

The Cheetah is the series' long-standing nod to Ferrari. In the 3D era it is a wide, flat sports car with side strakes; in the HD era it becomes a Grotti, the brand that spoofs Ferrari. It is one of three classic names, along with the Infernus and Banshee, covered on our GTA vehicles hub.

Which GTA games have the Cheetah?

The Cheetah skips GTA IV and its episodes, where the Turismo fills the Grotti slot. gta.wiki notes a leftover Cheetah in the files of Grand Theft Auto Advance that is not normally seen in play. In the GTA V lore it is presented as a 1970s prototype later built in small numbers, and a separate Cheetah Classic was added to GTA Online.

Where can you find the Cheetah?

In GTA III one is parked at the cartel mansion in Cedar Grove and another at the Francis International Airport car park. In Vice City it is common on Starfish Island and near Vice City Beach. San Andreas spawns it across all three cities, and it can be imported from the Easter Basin docks for $84,000. In Vice City Stories one often waits in front of Diaz's mansion.

GTA V sells it for $650,000 through Legendary Motorsport, though Trevor can grab a free one in the mission I Fought the Law... GTA Online charges the same price, and the car can also be a target in the vehicle cargo steal missions run from a warehouse.

Which missions feature the Cheetah?

GTA III gives the Cheetah a major role: the street race named Turismo is run in one, and Last Requests and Grand Theft Auto also involve the car. Vice City uses it in the Sunshine Autos races, and Vice City Stories works it into missions such as Fear the Repo and The Audition. In GTA V, the dark blue Cheetah from I Fought the Law... is later handed over to Molly Schultz in Pack Man.
