Turismo

The Turismo is a Ferrari-style sports car that first became drivable in GTA San Andreas (2004), where it is modelled mainly on the Ferrari F40. GTA IV, its episodes and Chinatown Wars bring it back as a Grotti based on the Ferrari 360 and F430, costing $130,995 in GTA IV.

What is the Turismo in GTA?

The Turismo is one of the series' Ferrari parodies, sitting beside the Cheetah. The name is older than the car: in GTA III a street race against the Diablos is called Turismo, but the vehicle itself only became drivable in San Andreas. In the HD era it is a Grotti, the brand that spoofs Ferrari. More on the brands is on our GTA vehicles hub.

Which GTA games have the Turismo?

gta.wiki says the GTA IV model also borrows bits from the Lamborghini Gallardo, including the front bumper and mirrors. GTA V does not have the plain Turismo, but it does have related models such as the Turismo R; gta.wiki notes that the Infernus spawns more often near one.

How fast is the Turismo?

In San Andreas, gta.wiki describes it as an all-wheel-drive mid-engined car whose top speed comes close to the Infernus, with strong acceleration. In GTA IV only one car in the game costs more than its $130,995 price, and the priciest listed on the in-game Auto Eroticar website.

Where can you find the Turismo?

In San Andreas it cruises around The Strip in Las Venturas and can be imported from Easter Basin in San Fierro for $76,000 after the second export list. A Turismo is also the prize for the Las Venturas Ringroad race.

In GTA IV several stand in Grotti's Middle Park East dealership, and Mikhail Faustin keeps one at his Beachgate home. The phone cheat 227-555-0147 spawns one too (see GTA cheats). In The Ballad of Gay Tony, Henrique can deliver one. Chinatown Wars sells it for $700 at the Auto Merchant.

Which missions feature the Turismo?

In the GTA IV race mission No. 1, Niko and Brucie take on two Turismos. A Turismo is also one of the thirty cars on Stevie's theft list. In The Ballad of Gay Tony, Mori Kibbutz drives a yellow one in No. 3.
