What is The Pacific Standard Job?
The Pacific Standard Job closes the original run of GTA heists in GTA Online, which Wikipedia dates to 10 March 2015. It is given by Lester Crest, who also planned the big jobs of the GTA V story. The target is the flagship branch of the Pacific Standard bank in Vinewood, Los Santos.
What are the setup missions?
| Setup | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Vans | Get vehicles for the job |
| Signal | Track down an item needed to get in |
| Hack | Get what the hacker needs for the vault |
| Convoy | Raid a convoy for equipment |
| Bikes | Get the getaway motorbikes |
The five names come from GTA Wiki; the purposes are our own brief summary.
How does the finale work?
GTA Wiki describes four roles inside the bank. Two players handle crowd control and keep the staff and customers calm. The hacker opens the vault controls and the demolition player blows the gates with thermal charges, and both fill bags with cash. GTA Wiki notes that killing hostages sets off an alarm that brings in NOOSE tactical police and makes the getaway harder.
How do you escape?
The crew rides off on Lectro motorbikes through the city and into a canyon, then jumps from a cliff and parachutes down to a waiting dinghy, says GTA Wiki. The boat run down the river and out to sea ends the heist once the crew passes a bridge.

How much does The Pacific Standard Job pay?
GTA Wiki says its possible take is the highest of any original heist, and the crew always keeps at least 55% of the maximum even after losses. It lists a standard payout of $1,500,000 on Normal, split among the crew. The entry fee was cut from $100,000 to $25,000 with The Criminal Enterprises update.
